    Been taking these now for a six months at the recommendation of my doctor after routine bloodwork showed I had low vitamin D. I'm told you need to have the K2 to help absorb, so this brand has always been a go-to for me after researching different brands. I have more energy and my Vitamin D levels are back to normal. I'd check with your doctor on how much to take, but take one tablet in the morning with food and and it's worked well in getting my energy levels back up since being a busy working mother of 2 in my forties.
