Code plate for paddle key
This little guy is very inexpensive at around 16 bucks but paired with a little bit of an antenna it can reach out reasonably properly at night. Unortunately, one detail this radio lacks is the capability to tune frequency by frequency. Then you can shop them to a decent dimensions bank of memory slots, as I mentioned before The build is inexpensive but it does not seem delicate. It's lightweight and completely along for the ride- and that is part of what makes carrying a radio more fun than you might think. 😊 There's plenty of space to retailer frequencies you want to hit again and it will take a microSB card for listening ir recording- if that's your thing. Plus, it is right for like a charm in a shirt or jacket pocket- or in the bib of your most comfortable overalls. But you can scan for channels or tune directly by typing in the frequency you're after. That's important because you won't feel a need to baby this radio. Get you one. It's pretty easy to find your way around the controls and it's rechargeable with the same plug that suits most of our cellphones.

Will steady your morse key incredibly well and is well built!
Got for a lady I visit in a nursing home, The AC input connector was manufactured with an exploded metal on side so that power cord cant attach (see photo). UPDATE 8/6/25 Upon hearing of the difficulty with this article the seller offered a free replacement. I appreciate that they stand behind the product and will make things suitable. will pull it a part and see if i can get it going. Cheap radio probably has 20 parts to it, you would think they could get them all without defect. By the time i came for next visit the wrapping was all gone.

Very solid and compact to fit in a backpack. The radio functions fantastic and it's incredibly light weight. Love how it can charge and be charged.

Robust. Dense. Does the job fantastic with PUTIKEEG CW key.
This little radio receives HF far better than what I thought. It's AGC handles most of the overloads. Superb travel receiver. Not quite as nice as my SDRPlay RSP-1B or Yaesu 857D, but I am having fun with it. It would be a solid decision for a ham radio Summits on the Air receiver.
