FAQs
Do lumbar support pillows really work?
Yes, lumbar support pillows like the Qutool Lumbar Roll are effective for many people because they help maintain the natural inward curve of the lower spine. By supporting this curve, they reduce the pressure on your lower back and help prevent the slouching that often leads to muscle fatigue.
What pillow is good for back pain in office chairs?
A firm, cylindrical memory foam lumbar roll is often ideal for office chairs because it offers targeted support specifically to the lumbar region. Its compact shape allows it to fit the natural arch of the spine without taking up too much space on the seat.
What are the disadvantages of lumbar support?
While beneficial for most, some may find a lumbar roll uncomfortable if it is too thick or placed incorrectly. It is important to adjust the placement to match your personal spinal curvature rather than forcing it into a position that feels unnatural.
