Rael Blemish Recovery Mask Deep Hydration And Moisturizing Sheet Masks With Cica And Azelaic Acid Four Count

After turning 30 my skin totally changed and I've had to refocus my skincare on acne treatment and hydration. This mask is the best I've tried!

I decided to try these Rael blemish recovery masks because I am a HUGE fan of the Rael Miracle Patches and enjoy using a mask periodically. I've only used one mask so far but was very pleased with the result.I'm in my 40s with sensitive skin. I don't really break out much but get occasional blemishes and had a few starting when I decided to try out this mask. The morning after using this, my small blemishes were gone and my skin felt so silky smooth.This is a 2-step system where you first apply a serum with spicules then apply the mask. The instructions clearly inform the user that you're going to feel a slight prickling sensation since the spicules gently pierce your skin to prepare it for treatment. I could definitely feel it working but it was not unpleasant at all for me, in fact I'd consider using this product on a more regular basis for how nice it made my skin feel.The mask was saturated in product which felt a bit like thick aloe vera. After using the serum with spicules, this felt so calming and comfortable on my skin. You have to unfold the mask, but it's made of a sturdy material so I wasn't concerned with tearing it. The eye and mouth holes in the mask were big enough for me to see and breathe through but were close enough to my eyes and mouth that it was able to effectively get product around those areas. It stays quite moist while using it so I'd recommend sitting or laying down while wearing it, at least for the first few minutes so it doesn't slip down your face.After 10-20 minutes, the instructions say to remove the mask and gently pat any excess essence into your skin. Since the mask had a great amount of product, I ended up blotting a bit of it with a tissue. My skin did feel a bit sticky for a while after applying it, so I'd definitely recommend doing this before bed, but by morning, my skin felt so soft and smooth. I didn't apply my usual moisturizer after using it either, just let the essence do its thing. I also noticed that the few blemishes that had started to appear before using the mask were almost completely gone the next morning, so I'd say this is a very effective product.Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed with the results of this product after my initial use and it reinforces my positive experience using Rael products. It didn't bother my sensitive skin whatsoever and will continue to be part of my skin care routine.

I absolutely loooove this mask. My face feels so hydrated and smooth afterwards. Ive been looking for a good affordable skin care line for my 36 yr old face and the rael brand is it! My face has changed drastically in the last 4 weeks. And poster breakouts were not as bad this time

This is $18 at time of review for a set of 4, which is a high average price.This is a hydrating mask from a trusted company. It seems fairly effective - My skin feels soft and it feels refreshing to use with a cooling effect and moisture. I didn't notice too much difference in skin appearance though. The two step process provides more care than a 1 step mask.The mask itself can be a bit difficult to wear and use. It's messy and slips a bit. It's not meant to be durable but it should be usable according to directions.

So I liked the mask system. And I think it helped, so I gave you photos with mark-ups to see the results. They were subtle, but I only used one time. So I think it is worth using.It is a two part system. The first part, is the micro-crystal serum. This stings but not anything you can't handle. It is from the spicules. I had to look that us so here is what those are and do: Spicules in skincare are microscopic, needle-like structures from marine sponges or corals that act as a natural, gentle alternative to micro-needling. So it is like micro-needling lite! Which is great!The second part is the Sheet mask. It is a Cica exosome mask. Again, I didn't know what that was so here is what that means: An exosome facial is a regenerative skincare treatment that uses tiny vesicles called exosomes, rich in growth factors and proteins, to boost cell communication, stimulate collagen, and promote skin repair for a more youthful appearance.I have given you pictures with mark-ups below. i see the effective difference in the pictures. The lines on my forehead are reduced after using this system. The small blemish on the side of my nose was significantly better the next morning/day.This was easy to apply. I show you the serum(see below) and you just apply to your face. I'd go under your chin, as the mask covered that as well for me. The mask is very soothing after the serum with the spicules. You can see in the pictures that is hydrates your skin well. When I peeled it off there was some serum still on my face so I just rubbed it into my skin and then finished my regular skin care routine. The serums weren't sticky and I believe them to be effective.What I didn't like about this product was the holes for the mask were too small for my taste. The mask it self has great coverage. It covered from my forehead to below my chin. Great coverage just tiny holes. Not a deal breaker. And you leave it on for 10-20 minutes so doable. I did 20 minutes. As always I wish I could give it 4.5 stars, because it really deserves more than just 4.I think this system is a good value for the money. It may run more than just a sheet mask, but remember you are getting more than a sheet mask. Your getting micro-needling lite, and then a recovery sheet mask. At the time of this review, this system is running $4.50 per treatment. If you can't afford to spend $100's for micro-needling this is a great way to get some of the same effects. I like this product and think it is a quality product based on my results.To the manufacture, make the holes just a tad bigger and you'll have a big ol' 5 STARS from me!
