  3. Apply a base coat and cure under a UV/LED lamp. 3.
  4. Apply a thin layer of the cat eye gel and cure. 4.
  5. Apply a second layer, but do not cure yet. 5.
  6. Hold the included magnetic stick close to the wet nail surface for 5-10 seconds to create the desired cat eye pattern. 6.
  7. Immediately cure under the lamp. 7.
  8. Finish with a top coat and cure again.

    Package came on time, item was nicely packaged and the colors are so pretty. Exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a shimmery glitter. Not a reflective glitter because it can look dull unless under the light. Each of these colors is so very beautiful. Would be perfect to do alone or with a French. I got the classic glitter kit and I am in love with these colors! Can't wait to try and see the longevity. For the price it's definitely worth a try.
