  Cute travel-size brush set with a compact mirror

  I like this Real Techniques mini brush set for keeping in a purse, travel bag, or small makeup pouch. The brushes are smaller than full-size brushes, but they still feel soft and usable, especially for quick touch-ups, blush, concealer, eyeshadow, or contour. The little case with the compact mirror makes it more convenient than loose mini brushes because everything stays together and feels cleaner when carrying it around.The bristles feel gentle on my skin and do not feel scratchy, which I appreciate because some smaller travel brushes can feel cheap or stiff. They pick up product well enough for everyday makeup, though they are not going to replace a full brush set if you like more detailed blending or a full glam routine.   Soft, Easy to Blend, and Great Quality

  I got the Mini Brush Kit. You get 6 brushes and a compact mirror in this set, which makes it really convenient for travel.The quality is exactly what I expected from this brand. I only recently switched from cheaper drugstore brushes to these, and it honestly made a huge difference in my makeup. I also have the full-size versions, so I had something to compare them to.I know technique matters most, but the softness and smoothness of these brushes make blending so much easier. I find myself doing less work overall, especially when trying to get a good blend. The quality didn't drop at all just because they're mini, they feel just like the full-size versions. I actually prefer travel-sized brushes since they fit my hands better.They feel very soft on the skin and perform better than some well-reviewed drugstore brushes I've tried.I think this is a great set for anyone who travels often.I also love the color. It's a perfect nude that matches other items that I have. It's not too peachy or too brown.I don't really use the mirror much, mostly just to store the brushes I don't reach for often, which is mainly the mini smudge brush. I was able to smoke out my eyeshadow with it, but it did take a bit more effort than I'd prefer. I do wish there was a fluffier eyeshadow brush included instead. The rest of the brushes I use occasionally or when traveling.I stay between multiple locations, so having a go-to, travel-ready brush set like this is really convenient. For now, these are my "emergency" brushes for when I forget my main ones.
