This replaced my other Gold Beauty Bar.YouTube has videos on how to use this.Easy and simple to use.This did not come with a battery. It takes one AA battery and lasted me very long time.This is good for lymphatic drainage on the face or I find it is nice to use for a gentle face massage. If I'm watching a video at night, I like to use this on my face and especially massaging upwards on my forehead as I find it is effective to tighten my forehead muscles to give me a bit of an eye lift.My original one worked great when I applied skin serums and lotions and used it. But when I started to use this after applying creams with actives such as retinoids or vitamin A, those active removed the gold color from the bar.The old one I had stopped working because the battery wouldn't come out so I have replaced it with this one. If you don't use this device on a regular basis it would be a good idea to remove the battery when storing it.This is an affordable, fun beauty tool for doing lymphatic drainage and facial massage.Recommended
