FAQs
How to use Retevis earpiece?
Connect the 2-pin plug into your radio audio accessory jack. Clip the inline PTT microphone to your lapel and fit the comfortable acoustic ear tip into your ear canal. Press the PTT button to speak.
Are all Retevis walkie talkies compatible with this headset?
This headset uses a standard K-type 2-pin plug configuration. It is compatible with Retevis models like RT22, RT21, H-777, and RT68, but it does not fit models that use different pin types like Motorola or Midland configurations.
What should I do if the sound quality becomes fuzzy?
If transmission sounds muffled, disconnect the transparent acoustic tube and blow it out using compressed air. Moisture or air bubbles inside the tube can block sound waves and clearing it restores audio clarity.
