Sourced to meet high standards, this all-natural, chemical-free moss is designed specifically for reptile, amphibian, and invertebrate enthusiasts in India looking to build perfect vivariums or humid hides.
It is ideal for a wide variety of species including ball pythons, leopard geckos, tortoises, frogs, salamanders, and hermit crabs. This hand-picked organic moss arrives compressed for easy storage and expands rapidly up to ten quarts when immersed in water, turning into a fluffy, soft, and highly breathable bedding layer.
Its exceptional water retention capabilities help safely regulate tank humidity levels, creating a comfortable wetland environment that supports healthy shedding, egg incubation, and animal hibernation. Beyond moisture regulation, the soft texture of this dried forest moss breaks down natural waste odors and promotes instinctual behaviors such as digging, burrowing, and nesting for small rodent pets or crawling reptiles.
Clean, organic, and virtually free of dust or impurities, it ensures your pet's respiratory and skin health remain protected. It can be used alone or mixed with other substrates to create an authentic ecological environment.
