Great product
I utilize this effectively in so many distinct ways.1. (I personally would have trashed the chair but she wanted to keep it). Now he does not go around smelling like pee.3. Eliminates pet odor from carpets, furniture, pet bedding etc.2. I have gave a try just adding it to the rinse cycle per instructions on the bottle, but I never seem to catch it in time. I now fill the washer with his clothes, add Odoban to the washer barrel, filled with water agitate it a little bit to mix and then soak overnight. I will admit even though it knocked the smell down considerably, from time to time I can still get a slight residual whiff of smoke. Living in the Northeast with long cooped up winters, the house can get fairly stuffy. I effectively spray my carpets to rid them of common household odors, such as cooking, pets, and general work with (we don't smoke).5. My method seems to be working though. Works on human pee odors. My personal preference is to then wash them once again with my go-to detergent (Tide), and then machine dry. Underwear and pants wind up smelling of pee, with normal washing. My partner (with Parkinson's) has incontinence issues. I use this to spray down the cement floors in my commercial storage unit, hoping to prevent musty odors that can occur in these facilities. It reeked of really powerful cigarette smoke, from someone who clearly was a dense smoker. I soak them just as I do the clothes mentioned above, it has been remarkably effective in ridding the clothes and plush of these odors. I used this on a applied chair given to my elderly mother. I also pick up used clothing and stuffed animals either for donation or reselling. The walkout basement was converted to offices, and smelled a bit musty until I started spraying the carpets with Odoban.4. I have applied this in a very sizable building (built in the early 1900's). I then send it through regular wash (or heavy wash) cycle. 🤷♀️6. This took a lot of sprayings and time to work. Often times they have musty or off odors. So far so good.7. So far so decent.8. I have applied this to wipe down the inside of plastic totes before filling with contents and placing in storage to cut down on the chance of things getting musty.

Impressive! This as it turns out does the job.
Love this petite Lysol disinfectant. I like to keep one in my purse. Just in case.

Impressive! This actually works.
This product delivers exactly as promised. I've tried many other products that say they get rid of mold with no success. This entire process was done, including minimal cleanup, in 30 minutes in my bathroom. I wish I had taken before/after pictures. The stain remover does have a strong bleach smell to it but not much worse than cleaning. Definitely need to wear eye protection and gloves. I completely covered my hair as well.
