I have tried various base/summit coat brands. So this one seems appreciate a nice article. They invariably dried out after the first use. When I went to do the nails for the second time the bottle was hard to open so I ran it under hot water for about 10 seconds. I was remarkably delighted. To remove, I wrap the nails in a cotton ball soaked in acetone for 15 minutes. I usually do my nails once every month or two. It comes off with extremely little scraping. I was able to open the bottle and the polish was not dried out.

This is a incredibly fine base hue. Still, it does come out clear more than white. Takes many coats to get it white.
