Hydrating and non-irritating
This is a very nice toner! I have very sensitive that is easily irritated- it even sometimes hurts to out lotion on in the winter if my skin gets too chapped. But this toner never hurts and is hydrating and soothing. It doesn't have a smell. I have been using it in conjunction with the Round Lab Cica ampoule underneath my moisturizer and the combination works well to add extra hydration without any irritation.
