Description
Maintain the beauty and longevity of your kitchen essentials with the Rowdy Rooster Woodworks Cutting Board Gel. This premium, USA-made conditioner provides a dual-action treatment by combining food-grade mineral oil with natural beeswax. The gel formula is specifically engineered to penetrate deeply into wood fibers, providing essential hydration that prevents your cutting boards, butcher blocks, and charcuterie boards from drying, cracking, or warping over time.
Unlike thin oils that can be messy, this gel consistency ensures an even, controlled application across all wood types and bamboo. As it soaks into the grain, the beeswax component creates a durable, water-resistant protective seal that guards against moisture, stains, and daily knife marks. Infused with a light citrus scent, this conditioner leaves a smooth, matte finish that highlights the natural grain of your woodenware.
Ideal for home cooks and professionals alike, this authentic imported treatment is completely food-safe, ensuring your kitchen tools remain hygienic and in pristine condition for years to come.
How to use
- Ensure the wooden surface is completely clean and dry before application.
- Apply a small amount of the gel onto a soft cloth and rub it into the wood following the direction of the grain.
- Allow the board to rest for 2 to 6 hours, or ideally overnight, to let the oil penetrate the wood fibers.
- Finish by using a clean, dry microfiber cloth to buff away any excess wax for a smooth, matte appearance.
