  1. We recommend a 7-day transition period before feeding the new food exclusively.
  2. Start by mixing 75 percent of the old diet with 25 percent of the new food on Day 1 and Day 2.

    Provides what he was lacking

    I always heard the reason dogs eat their poop sometimes is they either lacking a certain nutrient or they are unable to break it down and so they crave it. Whelp changing to this brand stopped him from trying to eat his poop. It is expensive but I rather than not worry about him not getting what he needs.
