  4. On Day 5 and Day 6, mix 25% of the old diet with 75% of the new diet.
  5. On Day 7, feed the new food exclusively.

    Great food. Works well.

    My dog loves this food. Although a bit pricey, it's well worth it. Even though I mix this with her regular food (about 25%), it's enough to keep my chihuahua's teeth and gums in good health. It seems that chihuahua's are known for dental disease, and my vet has commented on her good oral health.
