Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Window — Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellation requests will not be accepted as the order enters our sourcing and shipping pipeline.
2. Cancellation Refund — All cancellation refunds are issued as Dropy Store Credit only, not to the original payment method. Store credit has no minimum spend, no expiry, and can be used in full on any single order at dropy.in.

Return Window — We offer a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility — You may open the outer shipping box to inspect your order. An item is eligible for return only if all four conditions are met:

1. Shrink wrap intact — the protective shrink wrapping on the product must be unbroken
2. Product seal intact — the manufacturer's seal, cap seal, or safety seal must be unbroken
3. Product unused — the product must be completely unused
4. Labels intact — all original labels and batch codes must be in place, unremoved and undamaged

You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Because we sell personal care, beauty, and health products, items that are used, or with broken shrink wrap, broken seals, or removed labels, cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Start a Return

1. Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
2. Attach clear photos of the product from all sides, showing the intact shrink wrap, product seal, labels, and batch code.
3. Our team verifies your photos against the packing video recorded for your order at dispatch.
4. Once verified and approved, we arrange a free reverse pickup from your address. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Fees — Free. We arrange and pay for the reverse pickup on every approved return, whether the item is defective or simply unwanted. You never pay return shipping, and there is no restocking fee.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items — Inspect your order on delivery and report any damage, defect, or wrong item to [email protected] within 48 hours with photos or an unboxing video. We replace it at no cost, and you keep the original — no return needed. We cross-reference every claim with our internal packing footage and can share that video evidence to resolve issues fairly and quickly.

Refunds — For returns: after we receive and inspect your approved return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days. Banks may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days pass after approval, contact us. For cancellations: refunds are issued as Dropy Store Credit only (see Cancellation Policy above).
