FAQs
What is a sensory lap pad?
A sensory lap pad is a smaller, portable version of a weighted blanket designed specifically to rest on a person's lap. It applies deep touch pressure to help ground the nervous system, reduce fidgeting, and increase focus and calm for both kids and adults.
Can a child use a weighted lap pad?
Yes, children can safely use a weighted lap pad, especially during school, homework, or travel to help them stay calm and focused. However, the user should always be able to easily remove the five pound pad on their own without assistance.
How do I choose the right weighted lap pad?
Choose a lap pad based on the user's weight and sensory preferences. A five pound weight is generally ideal for school-aged children, teenagers, and adults who need localized deep pressure while sitting without the bulk of a full-sized weighted blanket.
Is this SAVOIZ Weighted Lap Pad an authentic USA import available in India?

How do you clean the SAVOIZ sensory lap pad?
