Product details
Description
Engineered for severe working conditions, this premium para-synthetic aluminum complex lubricant delivers unmatched durability for heavy-duty mechanical components. Fortified with solid molybdenum disulfide, it creates a robust, long-lasting film capable of withstanding extreme pressure up to 500,000 psi and severe shock loads.
The advanced formulation offers exceptional water resistance, preventing the grease from washing out, spraying off, or squeezing out under high friction and heavy stress. It maintains excellent low-temperature pumpability while providing high-temperature protection against friction and wear.
Ideal for heavy-duty industrial machinery, farming equipment, pins, bushings, and fifth wheel applications, this high-performance formula extends bearing life and reduces maintenance intervals. Experience superior thermal stability and dependable load-carrying capacity in the most demanding operational environments.
How to use
- Load the 14 Fluid Ounces cartridge into a compatible grease gun.
- Clean the Zerk fitting thoroughly prior to application to prevent contaminant ingress.
- Apply the grease steadily until old lubricant flushes out or the bearing cavity reaches the recommended capacity.
- Avoid mixing with incompatible soap-type greases.
Ingredients
Para-synthetic base oil blend combining Polyalphaolefin (PAO) and high-viscosity paraffinic oils, aluminum complex thickener, molybdenum disulfide, extreme pressure and anti-wear additives, rust and oxidation inhibitors, and tacky adhesive polymers.
