I drive a trash truck and my helper found a sena 10s in a trash can he dumped but it was missing the speakers, mount, and a couple other pieces. I wasn't sure if it worked so didn't want to to spend to much so I bought used gently off Dropy. The parts were all there and in new condition. Installed them and everything works like new. Happy I saved some money and bought used instead of new because they were new for less. Very pleased with it!
