Product details

The Shappy Large Adjustable Bird Cage Cover Set is an essential accessory for bird owners in India looking to maintain a tidy home environment. Designed to wrap securely around standard round and square cages, this premium nylon mesh net serves as a 360-degree guard that effectively catches scattered seeds, stray husks, and loose floating feathers before they can spill onto your floors.

Crafted from lightweight, breathable fabric, it allows optimal air circulation to keep your pets comfortable while gently diffusing harsh light to create a peaceful resting space. The elastic drawstrings with adjustable cord locks ensure a snug, non-slip fit that adapts to small, medium, or large cages up to 78 inches in circumference.

This imported USA product provides an effortless solution for reducing daily cleaning hassles, allowing you to spend more quality time interacting with your parakeet, cockatiel, or macaw.

  1. Position the mesh net cover around the section of the bird cage you wish to cover, such as the bottom or middle.
  2. Pull the elastic cords at the top and bottom until the skirt sits snugly against the cage bars.
  3. Secure the tension using the plastic cord lock, and tie a small knot behind the buckle to prevent slipping.

FAQs

What shape and dimensions is this bird cage cover suitable for?

This adjustable cover fits both round and square bird cages. It accommodates cage sizes up to 78 inches in circumference and approximately 15 inches in width or height, making it ideal for small, medium, and large standard setups.

Is this mesh cover safe if my bird is prone to chewing on fabric?

The cover is made of soft nylon mesh and should be placed securely around the exterior of the bars. It is recommended to keep the netting out of reach of birds that are aggressive chewers to prevent any potential choking or fabric ingestion hazards.

Does this cage guard completely block out the light?

No, the airy mesh does not cause total darkness. It acts as a light penetrable guard that weakens harsh sun rays and dazzling glare, creating a more dim and comfortable environment for your pet to rest without restricting fresh air circulation.

Are these Shappy bird cage covers authentic imported products?

Yes, all Shappy products listed on Dropy India are authentic USA imports. We source our items directly from reliable suppliers in the USA to ensure Indian pet owners receive original, high-quality pet care accessories.

Can this net skirt cover be washed in a washing machine?

For longevity and to protect the elastic drawstrings, it is best to hand wash the nylon mesh net cover with mild soap. The lightweight material is exceptionally quick-drying, making it ready to reuse in no time.
