Very shimmery and stays on
I don't tend to wear eyeshadow much, but this felt like a fun option for special occasions or dressing up with my daughters. They immediately noticed the first time I applied it and were in love with how sparkly it is. It has a lot of pigment and stays on really well. I was pleasantly surprised by this for a drug-store priced product. Note that it is more of a loose powder than a pressed compact as I'd typically expect for an eyeshadow, so you definitely need a brush to apply it precisely at all. No irritation or complaints from me!
