Able to Create Different Eyeliner Looks Effortlessly
This eyeliner is even better than I expected! I've never been very good at using this kind of eyeliner that you apply with a brush but I found this eyeliner in particular to be very beginner friendly to use. I applied this with a small angled brush and it applied to my eyelid in a nice clean line and it applied very evenly in one brush stroke each time. I was able to achieve a very professional looking winged eyeliner look really easily with this formula! This eyeliner comes in a little container and it comes with a ton of eyeliner product inside so this is a really good value also! I was able to easily blend this eyeliner out to create both more natural looking eyeliner looks and more dramatic ones depending on the look I was going for. Also, this eyeliner is waterproof which makes it even better, especially during the summer because I don't have to worry about it smudging in the pool! This eyeliner lasts me an entire day and it's really pretty so I would recommend!

Has staying power and I love that it comes in brown
Pros: This gel eyeliner from SHEGLAM comes in a brown shade, which I was excited about since most gel liners only come in black. I have naturally dark brown eyes, so a softer brown tone actually complements them better than a harsh black would for certain looks. My favorite way to use this is after I have already drawn out a cat eye with a traditional liner, I go back in with a very thin detail brush, pick up the pigment from this pot, and layer it right over the line I already drew. It acts almost like a setting step and helps everything stay put for the rest of the day. The pigmentation is genuinely impressive too. I tested it on my hand and let it sit for less than a minute before trying to remove it, and I actually had to rub pretty hard to get it off, which tells me this is going to hold up well through a long day without smudging or fading. Cons: Since I am so used to reaching for black, it did take me a little bit of trial and error to figure out the best way to incorporate a brown gel liner into my routine rather than just defaulting to my usual technique. It is also very pigmented and a little goes a long way, so if you scoop up too much product on the brush at once, it is easy to end up with more intensity than you intended and have to soften it out. This one is best suited for someone who already has some experience working with gel liners and a fine tip brush, since building the look in thin layers gives much better control than trying to apply it thickly in one pass.
