    BEST EYELINER EVER BRING IT BACK

    WHEN I TELL YOU THIS IS THE BEST EYELINER OUT THERE, I MEAN IT. I first got this eyeliner 3 years ago, haven't used another since. It's waterproof( swim proof if you don't rub) goes on so easily and doesn't dry down crusty, it lasts long, especially for me because I use it almost everyday). I was devastated when it got taken off of shein and I am so happy that i found it on Dropy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this eyeliner to beginners and non beginners. The absolute best formula for such an amazing price. SHEIN PLEASE BRING IT BACK TO SHEIN.

    Great quality for a great price point

    One of the best liquid liners I've ever used!!! I used it for winged liner and Halloween makeup. LOVE the duel ended tips. You can do very fine detail and the pigment is very black for a cheaper liquid liner. I highly suggest you buy this it's great quality!
