Inexpensive and does what it's supposed to
This clear eyebrow gel works very well. It goes on smoothly and dries quickly and does not have a shiny appearance. It holds the hairs and any color you add (pencil or shadow) in place without smudging. I will continue to use this and will probably purchase again. I think this eyebrow gel is a good deal for the price.
