    Does NOT Move

    I'm one of those gals that waterproof, smudgeproof, and all that is a fairy tale. All the eyeliners that's I've tried that has this claim never lives up to it. Only liquid liner stays put. This one, however, STAYS! I was surprised. When I used it, there was no tugging and I thought for sure it wouldn't last a few hours at best. I didn't put any powder underneath or anything because I wanted to see. This liner stayed put. No run, ghost eye, or anything other than the original slightly faded line I did in the morning. This check was at 5pm. Needless to say, I will be buying again.
