FAQs

How do you wrap your tattoo machine?

To wrap your machine, slide it into a protective disposable plastic sleeve or pen bag first. Secure the sleeve in place and add comfort by wrapping self-adhesive cohesive grip tape around the handle section, ensuring you can still adjust the needle depth if necessary.

What is a tattoo pen machine?

A tattoo pen machine is a modern, lightweight tattooing device shaped like a thick writing pen. It utilizes an internal motor to drive tattoo needle cartridges, offering artists a familiar grip and precise control.

What are basic tattoo supplies?

Basic supplies include a tattoo machine, power supply, sterilized needle cartridges, high-quality tattoo ink, medical-grade sanitizers, disposable gloves, machine covers, and self-adhesive grip wraps to ensure a safe, hygienic environment.

Are these Shield Plus tattoo supplies authentic and imported to India?

Yes, they are fully authentic. Dropy India directly sources these professional tattoo supplies from the USA, ensuring that Indian tattoo artists receive genuine, international-standard protective gear for their studios.

Can the black grip tape be used without the pink plastic covers?

Yes, the self-adherent cohesive tape can be wrapped directly onto the machine handle. However, using it in combination with the plastic pen covers is highly recommended to protect your equipment from permanent ink stains and fluid contamination.
