FAQs
How do sawtooth hangers work?
Sawtooth hangers feature a zigzag metal edge that rests securely over a nail, screw, or picture hook embedded in the wall. The serrations allow you to easily slide the frame left or right to center it perfectly.
What are the different types of picture hangers?
Common picture hanging hardware includes sawtooth hangers for lightweight to medium frames, D-ring hangers for heavier wire-strung paintings, and heavy-duty strap or cleat hangers for large mirrors and heavy art boards.
How to use square sawtooth picture hangers?
Square or standard sawtooth hangers are positioned flat against the upper back edge of a picture frame. You align them horizontally, mark the screw holes, and screw them directly into the wooden frame backing.
Are these picture hangers authentic USA-imported products available on Dropy India?
Yes, these genuine SHRJ picture hangers are 100% authentic USA-imported items, sourced directly from the United States and delivered straight to your doorstep in India by Dropy.
What can you hang with a 50-pound weight limit sawtooth hanger?
A 50-pound weight limit supports medium to heavy picture frames, canvas paintings, display boards, and clipboards, provided they are attached to sturdy wooden frames rather than soft or particle board material.
