How to use
- Open the daylight plate and place a few drops of the test liquid onto the prism surface.
- Close the plate gently to spread the liquid across the glass without air bubbles.
- Look through the focusing eyepiece toward a light source, adjust the focus ring until the scale is sharp, and read the corresponding Brix value where the boundary line intersects the scale.
