FAQs
Is a weighted blanket useful and worth the money?
Yes, weighted blankets are highly effective tools for improving sleep quality and reducing nighttime restlessness. By applying gentle, even pressure across the body, they help soothe the nervous system, lower stress levels, and mimic the calming sensation of being hugged, making them a worthwhile investment for better rest.
How do you select the right weight for a child's heavy blanket?
As a general guideline, you should choose a weighted blanket that is approximately ten percent of the user's total body weight, plus or minus a pound. For this five-pound blanket, it is ideal and safest for children who weigh at least thirty pounds and are over the age of three.
Can hot sleepers use this cotton weighted blanket comfortably?
Absolutely, this blanket is engineered specifically for year-round temperature regulation. Because it features a 100 percent natural cotton outer cover instead of synthetic fleece, it offers high breathability and airflow, which helps prevent sweat and keeps hot sleepers cool.
