  1. For a deep treatment, apply the cream to washed, damp hair, avoiding the roots.
  2. Put on a thermal cap, leave it on for thirty minutes, and rinse thoroughly.

  4. For co-washing, apply a small amount to completely wet hair and massage gently into the scalp before rinsing.
