  A Curly Hair Combo That Works

  I honestly thought this Skala 2‑in‑1 Coconut Deep Conditioner was going to be one of those tiny sample‑sized jars based on the description photo, so when a huge tub showed up on my doorstep, I actually laughed out loud. With all of our kids (and me!) having long, curly hair, this generous amount feels like a blessing. There's more than enough here for multiple uses for the whole household.The directions threw me off a bit, apply only to mid‑shaft and ends, avoid the roots, rinse thoroughly, which is confusing since the listing calls it a leave‑in. What I really wanted was something we could use in the mornings: a quick, hydrating leave‑in to tame frizz and help our curls behave, especially on those humid or rainy Tennessee days when curls have a mind of their own.Even with the mixed instructions, the product itself performs beautifully. It leaves our tight curls soft, shiny, moisturized, and smelling so good. It tames frizz without weighing the hair down, which is a big deal for curls that can easily get heavy or lose shape.   A ton of product for such a small price

  I have super thick hair and a lot of it. It has a tendency to run on the drier side, so I use a bunch of conditioner and try to do hair masks and leave-in products regularly. There are a couple high-end hair products that I like, but to be completely honest, for more frequent use I would prefer something that's more affordable and that I can really lather on my hair and not feel like I have to use it sparingly. Enter this product. I did not realize how large the tub is. For about $13 you get a ton of product. My niece and I both used it twice and hardly made a dent in it.Again, I have a ton of thick hair that generally leans dry. I used this prior to showering and let it sit on my hair for an hour or so. Then completed my shower and allowed my hair to air dry. I didn't notice any super apparent effects, but it definitely felt more moisturized and softer after using. My niece has thin hair that leans oily. She followed the same steps as I did and had very similar results. She said she liked that it moisturized her hair but did not make it feel greasy or prone to more oiliness afterwards. We had differing opinions about the scent; I quite like it while she wasn't so much a fan. It reminds me of the beach and sunscreen, but reminded her of cleaning products. Regardless, the smell doesn't really linger after rinsing so if you don't love it, you won't have to worry about it too much.I am definitely going to try using this as a leave in. My hair really absorbs product, so I was wary to try that first, but am going to see how it works. I have naturally very straight (but frizzy) hair so unsure what to expect when trying that method.All in all, I think it's a steal. If you use coconut oil or other natural oils already, this seems to be a great and affordable product to keep up the routine. I am absolutely going to continue using and look forward to testing out the different methods of application.

  Deep treatment and Leave-in creme that Smells Great

  The scent is the first thing you notice. It is a warm, true coconut that smells great without being overpowering, and it lingers softly in the hair afterward. The cream itself is thick and rich but spreads smoothly, so a little goes a long way out of this big one-kilogram tub. What I appreciate is the 2-in-1 flexibility. I can work a generous amount through wet hair as a deep moisture mask, let it sit, and rinse, or use a small amount as a leave-in styling cream on dry days. Either way it leaves my hair feeling soft and conditioned rather than greasy or weighed down, which is what I want from something aimed at dry and fragile hair. The coconut oil and murumuru butter clearly do some work here. The tub is huge and the green screw lid seals tight, so this will last a long time.
