Menopause and DIMIt's 3am I woke up shirt drenched! I have insomnia, night sweats, my hair dry and breaking off, mood swings,acne, weight gain, I be hot then super cold. My tubes were taken out early 2023 amd since then I have struggled with weight loss, mood swings for days, hair loss like no one business, dry skin and dry hair, feeling fatigued with black circles under my eyes (I legit looked like a thief in the night) my skin was starting to develop spots where the color pigmentation was different in different areas.
