was skeptical about buying these online coz normal fins usually hurt my feet after 10 mins. ordered medium size for pool training and surprisingly the open heel with adjustable strap fits pretty well. material is super-soft and flexible so no chafing at all during swim sessions. only thing is short blades dont give massive propulsion like long diving fins, but for casual swimming and practice its totally fine.
