Product details
Description
Soft Claws Dog Nail Caps offer a sophisticated solution for pet owners looking to protect their home surfaces while supporting their dog's mobility. Invented by a veterinarian and manufactured in the United States, these durable, non-toxic vinyl caps are designed to be applied directly over your pet's claws.
They serve as a protective barrier, effectively preventing damage to hardwood floors, carpets, furniture, doors, and leather from sharp nails. Beyond surface protection, these caps are an excellent aid for senior or arthritic dogs.
The non-slip design provides essential grip support, helping pets maintain better stability and confidence when walking on slick surfaces like tile or hardwood. Each XX-Large kit contains 40 gold-colored nail caps and three tubes of specialized adhesive, providing enough supplies for multiple applications.
The caps are designed for dogs weighing between 40 and 70 pounds, allowing for natural nail growth and movement while remaining securely in place for four to six weeks. As the dog's nails naturally shed, the caps will eventually fall off, making the process seamless and comfortable for your pet.
How to use
- Ensure the dog's nails are clean and dry.
- Trim the tip of the nail cap if necessary for a perfect fit.
- Fill each cap about one-third full with the included adhesive.
- Gently slide the cap over the dog's nail and hold it in place for a few seconds to ensure a secure bond.
- Repeat for all desired claws and observe your dog for a few minutes while the adhesive sets.
