    Not for me

    Please keep in mind, these supplements are rather large and would be a concern for anyone who has difficulty swallowing. The recommended number of supplements is five daily. For me that means 1 or 2 at every meal and a snack, since I can't take them on an empty stomach. Solgar supplements have always been my preference, because of their excellent quality. It's just a little inconvenient but hope the results will be well worth it. Cannot use them, after taking two I have headache and nausea.
