    Helps leg cramps

    Great for autoimmune issues...

    To all of my autoimmune warriors. You NEED magnesium in your life. Many of us are prescribed a 24hour version NSAID (Aleve), to manage constant pain. When you take magnesium you will find improved joint comfort, muscle flexibility, and overall mood, dare I say, drastically. Now NSAIDs are a back up pain reliever for me, like they should be. Not to mention better sleep and waking up with a relaxed body. I take one in the morning and one a night (if needed) before sleeping.
