    Solgar Ester-C

    This Vitamin C is highly recommended. I have used it for years, and its chemistry (Ester-C) is the most highly recommended by medical people because it releases the most Vitamin C into your system in a short time period. It is also fairly economical. I usually purchase a year's supply (2 x 180 tablets).
