Decent female vitamin. Small improvement on energy but doesn't seem to agree with my system
I've been taking these for the last few weeks. I'm pretty happy with the ingredients list and think they help with energy but it's really hard on my system. I feel a little more energetic with them but end up with upset tummy after So I dont think its worth buying again for me. Also, they're huge...I see how some people might have trouble taking them. And as other have said - they smell unpleasant
