    She wants the D!

    Vitamin D levels consistently pristine! Labwork drawn often. You MUST take with magnesium (I recommend glycinate) and vitamin K2. They are triplets, do not split them up.Since my doctor put me on those 3 supplements I have not suffered from anxiety. You must be consistent. Don't take it here and there and wonder why it's not working.
