Clean alternative if you have a hard time taking pills
I usually stick with magnesium glycinate because it has been my favorite form for years. I decided to try this Solgar citrate powder just for a change and I am really glad I did. When picking a supplement, I always look for a trustworthy company, and Solgar has been around forever since 1947. Their legacy is definitely their biggest selling point. They call their standards the Gold Standard for a reason and that kind of history in the health food world speaks volumes about their integrity. They take quality control very seriously which gives me peace of mind. Everything is manufactured in their own state of the art facilities and they adhere to current Good Manufacturing Practices. The raw materials are thoroughly tested and verified before they even use them. They are upfront about their sourcing and manufacturing which shows their dedication to purity. While their products might be a little pricier than some random brands you see popping up, that is just the cost of buying from a company with a proven 75 year commitment to quality. The reliable results are worth the small extra investment to me. The powder itself is easy to mix and use and did exactly what I needed it to do.

Solgar is the best - love their magnesium powder!
When it comes to buying supplements, sometimes you don't know exactly what you're getting or if you can believe all the claims on the bottle. Solgar, however, is an extremely trustworthy supplement company that has been around for many many years so it's great to not have any of those concerns.I've added this to my routine and I find it easy to take as the powder dissolves into water. I think it's easier to add the water first, then the powder, and I use a frother to blend it all together, but you can easily do it with a spoon or in a shaker bottle. It has a little to no taste so you can take it plain or add juice or flavoring of your choice. Good value for the cost, as this is 60 servings.

Better than the rest!
Works great. I use to help keep me regular sometimes.. I tried another brand that was cheaper and it didn't work at all and didn't dissolve in water like this brand so tossed it and went back to this one!

Easy to use and effective
This magnesium citrate powder is very convenient and mixes easily into water or juice. The powder dissolves well, and the taste isn't too strong. It's vegan, gluten- and dairy-free, which is perfect for dietary restrictions. Approx. 60 servings per container makes it a good value, and it seems to help with relaxation and muscle support.
