Good supplement
This is an interesting supplement. I did not experience headaches like some other users did but I wonder if it could have been the calcium upsetting their blood pressure.At any rate, I have had no negative experiences but did not take long enough to see any significant results.

Could help to recover my sore muscles after exercise
I received my 60 capsules of Solgar "myHMB+ Vitamin D3" Muscle Maintenance supplement.I wanted this because I am having a kind of sedentary life. I go to the gym sometimes, but I sit and read a lot. I read that the combination of HMB and Vitamin D could help maintain muscle size for individuals like me who are not very active.Another reason I wanted this is because of sore muscles. Some days, after I exercise at the gym with weights, I skip going back to the gym for 2-3 days. I would like my muscles to recover faster.This seems to be a good supplement that I need now with my age, doing little exercises, and sore muscles. However, I read that some studies are trying to determine if there is an association between changes in prostate size and function with these supplements. I will see if this supplement doesn't have an unwanted interaction with my prostate.Thank you for reading my review.
