    Wonderful article

    This order came promptly and is the real deal! So far I have only taken half of a capsule at a time, but am definitely experiencing the "flush". It comes on about 20 minutes after I take it. My head feels hot, I turn a little pink and there is a little itching. All to be expected. It goes away as quickly as it comes. There are many great reasons to take niacin along with niacinamide and NAC.

    The flush is good

    I take this brand of niacin as I am confident the quality is good. A little spendy, but good quality.I take 1 gm niacin in my morning coffee specifically for the flush. It stimulates micro-circulation which is a good thing. You get used to the flush. After a while it does diminish. I believe it also helps with NAD+ production.Try taking niacin for the flush before you start your workout to increase circulation.I am sure there are other benefits, but these are what I take it for.

    Love this Brand

    I got this supplement specifically for the flush. I've done much damage to my skin over the years sun bathing, drinking, smoking... I take many vitamins for skin regeneration. Niacin really accelerates the flow and absorption of my vitamins to the sublayers of my tissues. My skin is regenerating and I think it has much to do with the Niacin. I love the flush & I enjoy doing 30 minutes of cardio for a nice detox sweat. It takes 30 minutes if I take the capsule in a whole or if I open the capsule & shake in water it kicks in instantly. I really like this brand & I love how its acting as a part of the process of rebuilding my skin.

    Powerful! NOT "non-flushing!"

    The product description states:"No-flush delivery; The unique inositol-bound Niacin in this formula allows for gentle, No-Flush delivery of niacin to the body; Provides 400 mg of niacin (as inositol Hexanicotinate) per serving"It's just flat out wrong; this is nicotinic acid. Not sure why it states this on the product description; needs to be changed.Let me assure you, this very much IS the flushing kind! I took one pill, and after 15-20 minutes nothing happened. I thought it was a dud.Oh, and then it hit! MY GOD what a flush! It lasted over an hour, and it was extremely uncomfortable.Keep in mind I have taken 4.000 to 5,000mg of niacin in the past, so I know what flushing is! This is only 500mg and wow does it punch!With that out of the way, others have stated sometimes you get a flush and sometimes you don't; not sure why but in any case it seems very high quality.
