    The voices are QUIET!! This taurine actually WORKS!

    We've tried several brands of taurine, none of which the body seemed to absorb or use effectively. The brand Solgar, 500 mg, was the only brand that effected a change, that quieted...& many times (most of the time) completely eliminated... the auditory voices in the head. The dosage was high however. Simply taking one or two capsules did not work. It's all personal to every body but 2-3 capsules every so many hours seemed to do the trick. Keep on top of it. When the taurine seemed to be wearing off & the voices returning, 2-3 additional taurine taken at that time worked to once again quiet and/or eliminate them. Also combined the Solgar brand with the NOW brand. The NOW brand, also 500mg, really didn't do much on its own but since it was purchased to try, rather than waste it, took 2 of the Solgar & 1 of the NOW & it helped as well. Taurine might need to be taken every 2-3 hours but it works!! The Solgar brand was the key though. Without it, there wasn't much effective change. It also seemed better to take multiples of the 500mg dose of the Solgar brand vs a 1000mg dose of something else! This is the largest bottle I could find of the 500 mg-it's 250 capsules. Plan ahead. You won't want to run out. Seriously.
