    It will help your joints, but may exacerbate your constipation

    I have a nonfunctioning Gallbladder which has plagued me with chronic loose stool. I have successfully used over the counter and prescription medication to treat this issue, but I have found that these pills not only alleviate my knee pain when I walk, but also help my digestive issues. My gastrologist told me that they have heard similar experiences from other patients and recommended that I continue to use this product since it works for me.The label recommends 2 tablets per day but I have found that 1 table each morning with breakfast is all that is needed. Taking the full dose and not staying properly hydrated sometimes causes constipation.
