    I love this way of taking my B12 an essential vitamin. This tiny pink kinda sweet pill dissolves under your tongue quickly. And IT WORKS!!! I've been taking this daily for years and my blood levels are always good at therapeutic levels. Lots of people are deficient and this is a great way to get it back up to speed. Furthermore I've used this company for years. Always the same in an actual glass jar too. Dr Greger thinks we need it daily for good health. He never mentions a brand. But I like this one best. Ps if you are looking for B12 supplements make sure to get the cyanocobolomine one.
