    Carpel Tunnel Pain Management

    Solgar is a great name and their B6 delivers as promised. Two capsules per day helps to keep my wrist carpel tunnel pain at bay along with stretching; and with added cardiovascular benefits. I take their chelated magnesium (for heart), chelated zinc (for immune system ), chelated copper (necessary to balance the zinc intake), and chelated molybdenum (for detoxification). Chelated minerals allows the body to actually use them instead of just flushing them out as waste.
