  MY ⭐️RATINGS: 5⭐️- EXCEEDS MY EXPECTATIONS! TOP QUALITY & MUST HAVE I'm fond of the SOME BY MI line of serums. This serum is a part of my winter facial regimen. My skin can become extremely dry and irritated during the winter if I am not careful. This repair serum helps to keep my skin soothed and hydrated. It's lightweight and absorbs quickly if I use it correctly (see HOW I USE). To prevent the cold, dry days from ruining my skin, I must consistently apply the proper skin care daily. Missing applications slow the product's benefits on my skin and cause my sebum balance to cause issues. Along with this serum, I also use SOME BY MI Yuja Niacin Anti Blemish Serum. The serum combination of the two keeps my skin sebum balanced and hydrated throughout the day. HOW I USE: AM & PM 1 - Cleanse my face, (I always dry my face & hands thoroughly before applying any serums. Then, I ensure the serum absorbs into my skin before applying moisturizer. If I don't, I get a sticky, icky feel.) 2 - I apply 4 drops of this serum on my face, and then apply 2 pumps of SOME BY MI Yuja Niacin Anti Blemish Serum. 3 - LAST, I finish with my usual moisturizer. SOME BY MI Renewed Beta-Panthenol Repair Serum works well with the other skincare products that are part of my facial regimen. EXPIRATION DATE: 05/10/2026 I always check for an expiration date before using, ESPECIALLY with health & beauty products. This serum is exactly as advertised, and works well. The PRICE is in the usual range.

  Excellent repairing serum - excellent with retinol

  I always thought Some by Mi was acne brand since their AHA/BHA products are just so famous. I have dry skin so it was never my favorite brand, but they just introduced this 5% panthenol serum so I gave it a try. It was more than pleasant surprise, it's just a holy grail for my retinol burn. So let me tell you why. Ingredients: This product is made with 5% panthenol (ppm is part per million so do the math) and 0.5% of the beta sitosterol - type of skin identical molecule. It also contains hyaluronic acid, ceramides and ferment extracts, and used 1,2 hexanediol as preservative. It's beautifully formulated with clean ingredients - so nice. Texture: At first, I was slightly surprised by the texture since it's more like a watery cream texture rather than clear serum texture, seemingly due to many skin identical molecules - sterols, ceramides - since they are fatty acid based ingredients. It has very comforting texture, absorbs really quick into the skin and leaves nice glow after use. Especially now (winter time.. huh?) it's very hydrating and leaves the skin very comfortable. Effectiveness: It has 5% concentration of panthenol, which is known repairing ingredient. I use this every time I use retinoic acid based products (differin or tretinoin creams, or 5% retinol cream) and it comforts my skin like right away. It's extremely useful for the retinol burn, and also works great after the Dr. Pen treatment. I will definitely always keep this in my vanity as a emergency remedy. It also gives really nice glow after use, and leaves skin hydrated but kind of non-sticky outside so you can use this under makeup as well. Overall: It's a must buy product I believe, especially if you have extremely sensitive skin so you need frequent remedy for healing. It works great and also fragrance free (still smells fine.) Highly recommended!

  Less is More

  This is a thicker serum and I had to tone down the amount to 2-3 drops of it from my usual. It takes a little longer to absorb if you do more at a time. I have a chubby face and those 2-3 drops were more than enough for coverage. I used this at night and my face was pulp soft by morning. My makeup went on smoother and I liked how it kept my face soothe over the drier weather. I had my husband try it too and he liked it enough to use it 2x a day versus my once evening. He has oily skin and I'm on the dry side. We both agree it's best to use at night with a facial oil to seal it in. If used in the morning, a light moisturizer should be fine. I think it's a good price for the product you're getting and how timely I needed something like this for the cold dry weather. An easy recommend given the afforability and results.
