  3. Measure and cut the film to size, ensuring it covers the tattoo with at least 1 to 2 inches of overlap on all sides. 3.
  4. Peel off the paper backing and place the center of the film over the tattoo, smoothing out air bubbles toward the edges. 4.
  5. Remove the top protective layer using the wavy cut-strip.
  6. The initial bandage should be worn for 24 hours; subsequent applications can be worn for 3 to 5 days.
