Description
Enhance your aquatic and botanical displays with these premium natural crystal chips. Specifically sourced to provide a sleek, sophisticated aesthetic, these 3-pound bags of polished black gravel are perfect for both functional and decorative purposes. Each stone measures approximately 4 to 6 millimeters, offering a uniform and smooth texture that is gentle on fish and delicate plant roots.
Designed for versatility, this substrate is an ideal choice for freshwater aquariums, as the material is non-toxic and will not negatively alter your water chemistry. Beyond the tank, these pebbles serve as an excellent top-dressing for potted plants and succulents; the stones help retain soil moisture and effectively reduce water splashing during irrigation. For those interested in home decor, the high-luster finish makes these chips a superior choice for vase fillers, terrariums, and fountain accents. Because these stones are made from natural, selected crystals, they maintain their deep, rich black color over time, resisting fading even after prolonged submersion. Whether you are creating a modern, minimalist aquarium scape or a refined tabletop garden, this substrate provides the clean, professional look needed to elevate your interior space.
How to use
- Before adding to your aquarium or planter, rinse the stones thoroughly under cool, running water to remove any dust from transit.
- Once clean, gently layer the gravel at the bottom of your fish tank or on the top surface of your potted plant soil.
- For vase fillers, simply pour into the container until the desired depth is achieved.
