  I can actually focus for more than 5 minutes

  I've been using this product for about a month. It's definitely impacted my focus in a positive way! I'm not distracted by every little thing or getting up every 5 minutes to wander around. I'm able to sit and complete boring administrative tasks- and it feels great!! I also stopped drinking coffee and switched to green tea,so maybe it's a synergistic effect, but whatever the case- I'm productive!

  Great Product, 5star 4sure!

  After a few weeks I noticed my cognitive functions and memory both short and long were much better. More positive energy through out the day & also was able to get off my Anti-Depressants which I've been taking 4 last 13yrs, Due to the help of DMAE, INSOTIOL, Choline, and L-theanine. Mixing these B-like vitamins, which penetrate the BBB(blood brain barrier) w/ the anti-anxiety and Cognitive functions that this mix is giving me, I not only have a lot more energy, but am able to remember dreams, along w/ many other noticeable benefits in relaxation. I still use my anti-anxiety meds but have been able to cut dwn by 80% in the last 3mo. and plan to get dwn to 1mg klonopin total when b4 I was on 5 diff. benzos or tranquilizers such as Xanax, along w/ hardcore sleeping medication like ambien, lunesta, temazepam, etc.. I need some of them but in gen. my total med intake has gone way dwn!!! Great stuff, and highly recommend u try a bott. as u only need 1 tab daily so lasts over 3mo! Great buy out of all the ones listed above, this is the one I would start with and then add one at a time depending on ur goal and how it affects you? Good luck and stay smart!   Helps Boost Memory/Concentration

  I used to take Irwin Naturals Advanced Gingko Smart (still a great product for anyone who is interested). However, I read in passing in some medical literature that one ingredient in that might (Vinpocetine, I think it was) have cause some reduction in immunity. I believed it because so often I have been sick with a cold and while my concentration was up, I was still sick. It might have had to do with the sleep I got. I don't know but I will put it to the test again.In the meantime, I decided to take component supplements found in that combined supplement (the Gingko Smart). DMAE being chief among them, I decided to go with the Source Naturals.It did give me similar effect. Of course I still need to take the PS, ALA, choline, etc. I did and felt pretty great. It's just kind of expensive buying all those products.So now I only take DMAE (due to cost) and I am doing pretty good.I will update my review when I am able to determine what effects the other product had on me.But if you need to think better, this will be helpful. ---Mark's wife
